His upcoming series takes audiences behind the scenes, from family-run kitchens to global culinary destinations, spotlighting not just what’s on the plate, but the people, culture, and craftsmanship behind it.

The first major release set for May 2 is a cinematic long-form episode in Salvador, Brazil, explores the city’s vibrant food scene through a local lens, challenging misconceptions and highlighting the beauty, tradition, and community that define it.

Alongside this, his episodic series Damn Near Delectable offers a refined, story-driven look at standout dining experiences, from a five-star French chateau to a Thai-Cajun fusion spot in Texas, all unified by one idea: what truly makes a meal unforgettable is the story behind it.

While the tone is more elevated and cinematic, Stefan’s signature humor and authenticity remain front and center. The series blends travel, culture, and food with a more thoughtful, narrative-driven approach inspired by Anthony Bourdain-style storytelling, but with Stefan’s distinct voice and modern digital edge.

Stefan’s rise has been nothing short of remarkable. From voicing major brands like Doritos, McDonald’s, Walmart, and WWE, to appearing in Netflix’s “Scott Pilgrim Takes Off”, and earning recognition from the Today Show and Cleveland Magazine’s “Most Interesting People,” he has built a career that seamlessly bridges entertainment, food, and storytelling.

Now, with this new series, he’s showing audiences a completely different side, one that is more soulful, immersive, and globally focused.
